The project:
To upgrade the power distribution system throughout the 65,000 sq ft office building over 7 floors.

The challenge:
To complete the work in an occupied, multi-tenanted office building with minimal disruption to tenants and power supply.

Work done:

• Designed and constructed a new intake meter room with two 600A incoming supplies from the mains.
• Installed 16 new 100A 3-phase supplies in 70mm2 4 core SWA cable up to 135m in length.
• Installed two 250A current transformer meter supplies and new landlords LV panel board and sub-distribution.

The result:
“The major electrical works were carried out without fuss, to budget and on time in a fully occupied building. We have been very impressed by Cerberus’ professionalism and can-do attitude. We will definitely be using them again – as will many of our tenants who were also very impressed by them. The site was fed by 2 meters and now has 18, allowing tenants to control their own supply.
